This Privacy Policy explains how Be Group (“Be Group”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses,
and protects information when you visit begroup.com.eg, contact us, apply for a job
with us, or work with us as a client. It also explains how our internal tool,
Be Group Ads Manager, handles data obtained through Google APIs.
1. Who we are
Be Group is a digital marketing agency based at 7 Villa, Ammar Ibn Yasser St,

2. Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill in a contact or
consultation form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone
number, email address, company name, and message. - Job applications. When you apply through our careers pages, we
collect your contact details, CV, and any other information you choose to
include. - Communications. When you contact us by email, phone, or
WhatsApp, we keep a record of that conversation. - Website usage data. Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tools collect information such as the
pages you visit, how you interact with them (for example clicks and scrolling), your
device and browser type, and your approximate location. They use cookies and similar
technologies.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To review job applications and contact candidates.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies
may affect how some parts of the website work.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers
that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, and analytics
providers, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also
disclose information when required by law.
6. Client advertising accounts
When a client gives us access to their advertising accounts, we use the data in
those accounts only to provide the services agreed with that client. We do not use
one client’s data for another client.
7. Use of Google user data (Be Group Ads Manager)
Be Group operates an internal tool called Be Group Ads Manager,
used by our own employees to report on and manage Google Ads accounts we run on
behalf of our clients. This section explains how that tool accesses, uses, stores,
and shares data obtained through Google APIs.
What we access
When a Be Group employee signs in to Be Group Ads Manager with their Google account,
the tool requests a single permission: access to manage Google Ads accounts
(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). We request no other permission
and access no other Google service. The tool does not read Gmail, Google Drive,
Contacts, Calendar, Photos, or any other Google product.
How we use it
- Reading advertising performance data from Google Ads accounts linked to our
manager account with the account owner’s authorization, to produce optimization
reviews and client reports. - Creating and updating campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and related settings
in those same accounts. Every change is first checked with Google in validate-only
mode and is applied only after a member of our team confirms it.
Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to manage the specific advertising
account it came from.
How we store it
Authentication credentials are stored locally on the individual employee’s own
computer, with restricted file permissions. We do not operate a server that stores
Google user data, and Be Group Ads Manager has no database. Performance data
retrieved for reporting is kept only as long as needed to produce the relevant client
report.
Service providers
Our team may run Be Group Ads Manager from an AI assistant on their own computer to
help analyze reports and draft changes. When they do, the data needed for that task
is processed by the assistant’s provider only to complete the task the employee
requested.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade data obtained through Google APIs. We do not transfer
it to any advertising network, data broker, or information reseller. We do not use it
to build advertising profiles, to train machine learning models, or for any purpose
unrelated to managing the advertising account it came from.
Revoking access
Anyone who has granted Be Group Ads Manager access to their Google account can revoke
it at any time from the Google Account permissions page at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was
collected for, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete a job application at
any time.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information
against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage
is completely secure.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about
you, or object to how we use it, by emailing
hello@begroup.com.eg. We will respond within
a reasonable time.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was
last changed.
